Review the Ways to Sell Popcorn. Decide which method(s) you would like to sell.
It's recommended that if you choose to sell as both Show & Deliver AND Take Order, that you record those sales on separate forms to easily keep track of things. This will be important as you need to input these numbers separately in PRPopcorn.
STEP 2:
Show & Deliver / Take-Order
Get your paper forms & money envelope. Contact Katie Farchmin or Bill Howard.
Set up your Seller ID (required to submit your final numbers and track your $$ totals). Check here to see if you have a Seller ID already. Request a Seller ID here.
Online
Set up your Seller ID (required to set up your Scout's online Storefront). Check here to see if you have a Seller ID already. Request a Seller ID here.
Booth
Set up your Seller ID (required for us to record your allocation of the Booth Sale). Check here to see if you have a Seller ID already. Request a Seller ID here.
Sign up for your shift at the booth. Sunday, October 5, 2025 at the Metro Market in Sussex.
STEP 3: SELL!
Show & Deliver
Submit your request to borrow product from the Pack 47 inventory.
Review the Show & Deliver Request Submission Schedule below to make note of when you need to submit your requests by / when you'll be able to pick product up.
Distribute product directly to your customers as you go. Collect money as you go. Make sure you're recording your sales on a paper form.

Take Order
Talk to friends, neighbors, family to sell product. Take their orders and make sure you're recording them on your paper form. It is recommended to collect the money at the time of the sale.

Set up your Scout's Profile in PRPopcorn. Refer to The Guidebook for help in how to do this.
Share our your Scout's storefront via email, social media, on QR codes, etc.
Booth
Join us at the booth to sell!
STEP 4: FINISH UP / RECORD YOUR SALES
Show & Deliver
In person sale closes 11:59PM on Saturday, October 11.
Transfer your TOTAL product sold from your paper forms into the "Show & Deliver" category of your Scout's profile on the PRPopcorn website. Refer to The Guidebook if you need guidance here. Deadline: 5PM on Sunday, October 12.
Any unsold product that you borrowed must be returned to Katie's house by 5PM on Monday, October 13. Let us know what you're bringing back by submitting this form. You are financially responsible for any product not returned.
Take Order
In person sale closes 11:59PM on Saturday, October 11.
Transfer your TOTAL product sold from your paper forms into the "Take Order" category of your Scout's profile on the PRPopcorn website. Refer to The Guidebook if you need guidance here. Deadline: 5PM on Sunday, October 12. No late submissions. The Popcorn Kernel cannot make edits here so you need to be on time and accurate in your submission.
Online
Nothing. Sales close automatically on Saturday, October 11 at 11:59PM. Payment is collected directly from customers on the site.
Booth
Nothing. Your Scout will get a percentage of the booth sales based on the total amount sold and the number of hours your Scout worked.
STEP 5: CLOSING OUT (PICK UP PRODUCT + FINAL PAYMENT)
Show & Deliver
You will have already gotten any product you wanted to sell + returned anything you didn't sell.
Payment in full for your Show & Deliver product = Saturday, November 8 at the Rain Gutter Regatta.
Can't make it to the Regatta? YOU MUST CONTACT KATIE TO COORDINATE PAYMENT BEFORE NOVEMBER 8.

Take Order
Sign up for your pick up timeslot which will be on Saturday, November 8 after the Rain Gutter Regatta. Please come at your assigned time so we don't have a back-up.

Payment in full for your Take Order product = Saturday, November 8 at the Order Pick-up.

STEP 5: DELIVERING PRODUCT
Show & Deliver
None. You delivered directly as you sold product throughout the sale.
Take Order
Saturday, November 8 (or later): Deliver your orders to your customers at your convenience.
Show & Deliver + Take Order
Show & Deliver customers: None. You did this as you sold product throughout the sale.
Take Order customers: Saturday, November 8 (or later): Deliver your orders to your customers at your convenience.
Online
None. Product ships directly to your customers.
Booth
None. Product issued directly to customer at the Booth.
STEP 6: SELECT PRIZE(S)
Add together your TOTAL for Show & Deliver, Take Order, Online, and your Scout's percentage of the Booth Sale.
You can access this total in your Scout's profile on PRPopcorn, or contact Katie for a summary.
Select prize(s) adding up to (but not more than) what he sold.
You can mix and match between levels if you'd like. Here are the prize options. Submit this form by midnight on Friday, November 21.
STEP 7: RECEIVE PRIZE(S)
Prizes will be distributed at the Pinewood Derby on January 10, 2026. Unclaimed prizes will be distributed to your Scout's Den Leader.
