Selling Types & Deadlines
When do you want to end your sales efforts? When do you want to deliver popcorn to your customers? Read below for the options.
You DON'T want to do a "Wagon Sale" (taking popcorn directly from our Pack 47 inventory and selling it as you go), you could do either of these two options:
Last day of selling: Sunday, October 5
Pick up your product to deliver to your customers: Friday, October 10
Sell and record on your paper form with your last day being Sunday, October 5.
Submit your order through the "Show & Deliver" request form by 5:00PM on Sunday, October 5.
Use your Seller ID to access your profile via PRPopcorn.
Transfer your totals for each product from your paper form to the "Show & Deliver" section of the PRPopcorn website. Make sure your numbers match up because the PRPopcorn site is where we will be determining what you will owe.
Pick up your order on Friday, October 10 (or later at your convenience).
Deliver to your customers at your convenience. Collect payment either at time of ordering or time of delivery. You are financially responsible for all product you receive.
Pay in full for your Show & Deliver in the morning at the Rain Gutter Regatta on Saturday, November 8.

Sell until the end of the sale and record on your paper form with the last day being Saturday, October 11.
Submit your order in full via the PRPopcorn site as a "Take Order" by 5:00PM on Sunday, October 12.

Pick-up your order on Saturday, November 8 after the Rain Gutter Regatta. Sign up here for your timeslot.
Pay in full for your Take Order AFTER the Rain Gutter Regatta at Katie's House when you pick up your order.

Each week, you have the opportunity to let Katie know by 5PM on Sunday what product(s) you would like to have for your Show & Deliver efforts.
Submit your requests through this form. See Request Submission Schedule below.
By 5PM on Sunday, October 5: Transfer your totals for each product from your paper form to the "Show & Deliver" section of the PRPopcorn website. Make sure your numbers here match up to what you sold because the PRPopcorn site is where we will be determining what you will owe.
Note: If you choose to sell and record in PRPopcorn as you go, the numbers reported within "Show & Deliver" are cumulative through the whole sale. An updated entry will need to list TOTAL of that product sold, not just from that week.
It is recommended to keep track of your sold orders on paper just in case there's a glitch on the site and you "lose" the numbers you previously recorded. You'll want to refer to your paper records to be able to transfer in your totals.
Product will be delivered each week if you choose to request it. You can pick it up at Katie's house as early as the Friday of the same week. If the products you are requested are available in our Pack 47 inventory, you could possibly get your request filled earlier in the week.
Deliver to your customers as you go, collecting payment as you go.
All unsold product must be returned to Katie's house by Monday, October 13 by 5:00PM. Use this form to let us know what you're planning to return.
