We had a fun day at the Rain Gutter Regatta which was held at Merton Primary School's Cafeteria.
HOW IT WORKS:
Each Scout is given a boat kit to build. Creative design is important, plus a bit of engineering is key! Then the Scouts are sorted into age groups. Each group races their boats down Rain Gutters using only their breath channeled through a drinking straw to move the boat.
We have a computer system that allows each Scout to race several times. The fastest boats move along in a bracket-style tournament and there was quite the showdown at the end to determine the winners!

BEST IN SHOW (voted on by the Scouts)
Popcorn Sale
Popcorn Sale
Our Pack's ONLY fundraiser is our annual Popcorn Sale which started on September 12 and ended on October 10. The money raised from this sale helps to fund ALL our activities for the whole year.
The goal is for our Pack to raise enough money so that every Scout (and his family) can participate without additional expense.
This year, we sold $XX,XXX worth of popcorn! Great job!!
